A40 affinity material enjoys intellectual property and patent protection.It is the latest affinity media made from porous PS/DVB microspheres and immobilized ProteinA ligand.It is an ideal choice in antibody purification.Compared with the traditional polysaccharide based packings,this product has the advantages of high compression resistance,therefore can be used under high flow rate. In developing A40 affinity media,we overcame non-specificity interactions by using thin layer coating technology to convert hydrophobic PS/DVB surface to completely hydrophilic and biocompatible.Using proprietary ProteinA bonding technology,we encure that A40 possesses extraordinarily high antibody binding capacity at low residence time,thus increasing efficiency of antibody purification.
