阿拉丁生产的DMEM高糖培养液(无蛋氨酸) (’DMEM Medium with High Glucose, Without L-methionine)是一种含4.5g/L葡萄糖、酚红、丙酮酸钠，不含蛋氨酸(甲硫氨酸)、L-谷氨酰胺、HEPES的DMEM培养液，主要用于新生蛋白(Nascent protein)合成检测时的细胞培养。DMEM高糖培养液是一种广泛使用的基础培养液，可用于很多种类的哺乳动物细胞生长。本产品常用于配套阿拉丁 HPG蛋白合成检测系列试剂盒的使用。普通的DMEM或RPMI 1640等培养液及血清中一般都含有蛋氨酸，因此会竞争性影响HPG (L-Homopropargylglycine, L-高炔丙基甘氨酸，一种蛋氨酸类似物)的掺入，进而影响Click反应后荧光的强度。推荐使用本培养液或RPMI 1640培养液(无蛋氨酸) 。本产品含有多类细胞培养所需的氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等多种成分，但不含蛋白质、脂类或任何生长因子。本产品为即用型培养液，使用便捷。不再需要溶解和配制，无需调节pH值和过滤。本产品经无菌过滤和严格检测，无细菌、真菌、支原体及病毒污染。本产品通过了阿拉丁 HPG蛋白合成检测系列试剂盒测试。本培养液有100ml和500ml两种规格。4ºC避光保存，一年有效。本培养液4ºC保存时应避免靠近冰箱壁，以免低温导致沉淀析出。如果有沉淀析出，室温摇晃片刻，再放置在4ºC冰箱过夜或更长时间，待沉淀消失后再使用。若使用过程中发现培养液浑浊、沉淀等现象，则不能继续使用。用于检测新生蛋白质的合成时，不建议添加血清。如需常规的DMEM和RPMI 1640以外的无蛋氨酸培养液，可联系阿拉丁定制。但建议先尝试DMEM高糖培养液(无蛋氨酸) 或RPMI 1640培养液(无蛋氨酸) 。使用前推荐37ºC预热或在室温平衡后再使用。开瓶后不要长时间暴露在空气和强光下，以保持培养液的稳定性。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 Aladdin's DMEM with High Glucose, without L-methionine contains 4.5g/L glucose, phenol red, sodium pyruvate, and does not contain L-methionine, L-glutamine, or HEPES.
