Oxazole yellow等同于YO-PRO-1 Iodide,是一种非细胞膜穿透性的高亲和力的羰花青单体核酸绿色荧光染料,在没有核酸的情况下基本上是非荧光的。该染料可用于鉴定凋亡细胞,Oxazole yellow可渗透进入早期凋亡细胞,对早期凋亡细胞进行染色,而碘化丙锭(PI, P4034)(一种死细胞染色)对早凋细胞保持非渗透性,但可染色晚凋细胞,这两种染料结合使用,可以区分早凋细胞和晚凋细胞。由此,本司推出了Oxazole yellow和PI联合的膜透性细胞凋亡检测试剂盒,用于区分早凋和晚凋细胞。 以贴壁细胞(96孔板)举例,每孔100 μL染色工作液,配置为工作液(5 µM)大概可以用于2000个孔的染色。

应用范围:

细胞核染色

Oxazole yellow, equivalent to YO-PRO-1 iodide, is a non cell membrane penetrating green fluorescent dye with high affinity for carbocyanine monomer nucleic acid, which is basically non fluorescent in the absence of nucleic acid. This dye can be used to identify apoptotic cells. Oxazole yellow can penetrate into early apoptotic cells and stain early apoptotic cells, while propidium iodide (PI, p4034), a dead cell stain, remains impermeable to early apoptotic cells, but can stain late apoptotic cells. The combination of these two dyes can distinguish early apoptotic cells from late apoptotic cells. Therefore, our company has launched the membrane permeability apoptosis detection kit combined with oxazole yellow and PI, which is used to distinguish early and late withering cells. Take adherent cells (96 well plate) as an example, 100 per well μ L staining working solution, configured as working solution (5 µ m), which can be used for the staining of 2000 wells.
