产品介绍： PCR Buffer套装提供了3种直接可以使用的10X PCR buffer(部分含有PCR增强试剂)，同时提供了一种未添加镁离子也未添加PCR增强试剂的10X PCR Buffer(without Mg2+)，便于用户调节镁离子浓度等对PCR条件进行优化，以筛选出针对于特定PCR反应的最佳PCR buffer。本PCRBuffer套装可以用于各种常见的耐热DNA聚合酶例如TaqDNApolymerase、PfuDNA polymerase等的PCR反应的条件优化。含有镁离子的PCR buffer也可以根据PCR反应条件调节的需要再添加适量镁离子。10X PCR Buffer(with Mg2+)：100 mM Tris-HCl(pH 8.8 at 25℃), 500 mM KCl, 15mM MgCl2, 0.8% (v/v) Nonidet P40。10X PCR Buffer B(with Mg2+)：含有硫酸铵和Tween 20，并含有15mM MgCl2。10X PCRBufferC(withMg2+)：含有氯化钾、硫酸铵、TritonX-100和BSA等，并含有20mM MgSO4。10X PCR Buffer(without Mg2+)：100 mM Tris-HCl(pH 8.8 at 25℃), 500 mM KCl。注意事项： 由于PCR反应非常灵敏可以扩增目的基因序列超过1000万倍，在操作时请注意避免微量待扩增DNA的污染，并尽量考虑设置不加模板的空白对照以确认是否有待扩增DNA的污染。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。使用说明： 1.PCR反应体系的设置可以参考特定的耐热DNA聚合酶进行，仅仅更换成本试剂盒所提供的PCR buffer或自行调节过镁离子浓度的本试剂盒所提供的PCR buffe即可。镁离子浓度的调节范围通常为1-4mM。2.PCR反应参数的设置也可以参考特定的耐热DNA聚合酶的说明进行。3.根据PCR反应的扩增效果，选择最佳的PCR buffer。This PCR Buffer Set includes three 10X PCR Buffers that can be used directly (some contain PCR enhancers) as well as a 10X PCR Buffer (without Mg2+ nor PCR enhancers) for users to optimize the concentration of magnesium in PCR reactions, providing convenience for users to determine the best PCR buffer for a specific PCR reaction.This product is compatible with a variety of commonly used heat-resistant DNA polymerases, such as Taq DNA polymerase and Pfu DNA polymerase.Additional magnesium can be supplemented as required even when the PCR Buffer containing magnesium has been added in the PCR reaction.10X PCR Buffer (with Mg2+) Precautions： As PCR reaction is extremely sensitive, any contamination of DNA samples should be avoided.
