产品介绍	天然以其甘油酯的形式存在于海鱼的肉、脂肪中，尤其是深海鱼的眼窝周围脂肪中含量更丰富。本品易氧化，易对光、热、氧敏感，氧化后颜色变深。通常加入维生素E及儿茶酚等抗氧化剂。是一种多烯不饱和脂肪酸。本品有与二十二碳六烯酸相似的性质，但不及DHA强。有降低血液粘度，减少血栓，改善血清，降低血糖、保护脑血管。
