Its major characteristics are electrical conductivity, optical transparency and the ease to be deposited as films. ITO coated glass has a sheet resistance of 16Ω/cm 2 . Application ITO coated glass slides were used as substrates for barium vanadate films, α- and β-Fe 2 O 3 nanostructures. The product was used in a study of photoelectrical properties of spin coated polyphenylene films. Poly(N-vinylcarbazole) was spin coated onto the substrate to form a light emitting layer towards the fabrication of light emitting diode (LED). |
